We understand it could be overwhelming when you're faced with a pest problem(s), but we'll try our best possible to make it an history in no time.
NOTE: There's nothing like FOOLISH QUESTION(S), we'll patiently address every of your concerns if any before we get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got a Bachelors Degree. I enrolled at a Pest Control School in Queens few years back, I took the state Exams with the (DEC) in Pest Management and got licensed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a curious person in nature but I personally love to solve problems, and I'm good at managing situations.
My curiosity about Bedbugs and pest generally lead me into this studies, so I started doing a personal research on Bedbugs and several other pests, then I had to enroll in Pest Management school here in New York because I realized there was nothing more exciting I love to do rather than taking care of pest problems.
As a matter of fact; I'm a graduate but I choose to be a Pest Management Specialist because of my problem solving skill and the fulfillment I derive in this profession.
Finally, I strongly believe that anything worth doing is worth doing well!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with private and commercial customers. to be more specific, we do commercial and residential properties/buildings, we take care of restaurants pest problems as well.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I'm on the field every day taking care of pest problems, but I will briefly share an experience I had with a client last week.
A satisfied customer referred this gentleman to me. This gentleman said he's got a 2 family house in the Bronx. The customer told me he already had 3 different exterminators but all to no avail. I asked him one question, I said; "When those exterminators came around were they able to search and spot the access point of the Rat"? He replied; "No", then I said; "I assure you I'll find the access point or points when I come around" then he requested for the earliest appointment.
Usually, I spend 1 - 1.5hrs on rodents work for a two family house, but I spent 3hrs on this job because the acccess point of the rodents was very hidden, but I spotted it as promised and sealed it! I called to follow up with him few days ago and he kept thanking me that he's been good... but I still reminded him if his free follow up service coming up next week.
like I said earlier, anything worth doing is worth doing well. as long as a job/project is well done, we'll take our time to make sure you get the best value for your money.

As a Pest Control Specialist, I would advise any customer who's desirous of hiring a provider in my field of work to;
1. First Consider their Safety; Is it a registered Business? if yes, If you could do or find a background check on the Professional will not be a bad idea.
2. Make sure the Professional is licensed, you could request for his License and ID at his/her arrival.
3. You could ask if they're insured, it's better to be safe than sorry, but basically Professionals in this field are insured.
4. Check the website of the Professional if any, check online for reviews on different platforms and even contact some of the their pest satisfied and dissatisfied clients/customers if possible just to know more about the potential Professional you're about to hire.
