What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An inspection is recommended to customers if the customer is unsure of infestation type. Once pest identity established then a service date is made. The customer is made aware that some pest issues may need additional treatments.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed pest control professional by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. I am qualified to perform mosquito, bedbug, rodent, food service, public health, termite, flying and insect control.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

While in the military in Lousiana the barracks were overwhelmed with fire ants. I set out everyday to find out what attracted the fire ants and what deterred them. Here I am over 20 years later.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with respectful and calm customers to disrespectful and irate customers. I am a well disciplined individual! So if a customer becomes irate I will try my best to diffuse the situation!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

More often now bedbugs are an issue. I recently performed a bedbug service that required two treatments. I performed thorough treatments that lasted over one hour. The customer had various treatments from other companies. After the second treatment the customer was so excited that he wanted to be my permanent customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the professional that you choose is licensed and insured in the pest control field!
