What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Inspection! Inspection! Inspection! We don't start anything unless we do a full and thorough inspection. Once we come across the issue we communicate with our clients accordingly and begin our treatment process and explain how we can eradicate that pests in a safe matter for all of us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m license and certified in 7A, 7F and 7C. 7A is based mostly on structural and homes as well as other facilities. 7F is usually for food and beverage or any time of food handling or warehouses or factory’s and restaurants. 7C is for termites and any other wood damaging insects. For homes and Commerical properties

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Was raised in Brooklyn, I grew up with all kinds of pest in my area, I saw an opportunity to join an industry that takes pride in problem solving and safety. I love what I do !

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Wasps nest found underneath a deck it took about 25 mins to remove, I was able to treat it through the spaces of the deck with complete removal.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look for follow ups or warranty’s when looking for a company. Also don’t just decide on hiring based off of money, most the times it doesn’t work out.
