What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I try and work with my customers my prices are definitely lower than a lot of companies only because I like to be reasonable I don’t like to be dishonest I charge the best I can depending on the scope of work

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I just am a honest person I let the customer know what needs to be done and the right way it needs to be done and I try and give the best price I can and I will educate customers on anything that they need to know or not familiar with any questions they have I will answer to the best of my knowledge

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I been doing roofing and pest control for years so with my construction and roofing skills I was able to learn how to fix holes and use tools and I’m state licensed by the state of New York

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got into this type of work because my father owned a roofing company and we would install gutter systems as well and the racoons and squirrels would get in so we decided to get licensed for wildlife and open up a wildlife company.We studied and educated ourselves about all types of animals and we opened up a old life company

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with customers that were frustrated because other companies couldn’t get there situation under control and then when I get there and notice something that the prior company did not and explain the best way to help them out

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just completed a job for racoon damage the racoons created a hole in the facial wood by the gutter system and made there way into a customers home.I fixed the bike and made sure there were no intruders inside

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just make sure the company is legit

It all depends on what needs to be done
