What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My roach & rodent pricing is pretty standard. My bedbug pricing system is slightly different than others. My pricing for bedbugs vary state to state. But overall my prices are always lower than others.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Finding out as much as I can about their problem and taking the necessary steps to fix it

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In the pest control industry training is ongoing thru out our careers. I was trained in St. Paul minnesota when I began in this business 10 years ago. Thru out the years you have to study and pass exams in order to get new licenses.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been fascinated with insects as a little boy. In 2006 I came across a company called Ecolab and applied for a job doing extermination. I continued doing it ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers. Customers with bedbug problems , cockroach problems, mice, rats etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am proud of every job I perform so it is difficult to focus on just one. When customers call me its because they have a problem and I am glad to help solve it every time. Some are more difficult then others.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are knowledgeable and not trying to up sell you or make you buy extra or pay for services that are not necessary. I see this alot.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long does the treatment last? How long does the treatment take to work? Are the services guaranteed?
