What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Senior and Veterans Discounts. Free estimates over the phone, however some jobs require on site Inspections, which start at $250.00, which will be waived if customer takes on the needed services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We council all customers and give free estimates over the phone however some services do require on site inspection, at a rate of $250.00, which will be waived if they take on the diagnosed services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Licensed and Insured, and trained in Pest Control Services, Extermination, Pest Exclusion, Wildlife removal and Trapping, Chimney Caps, Minor repairs for Wildlife damage,WDI inspections, Pest behavior and Pest Prevention. Also a Licensed Pesticide Dealer of products.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began as a tech for another company and decided to begin my education to start my own company more than 20 hrs ago, now I am a Master Technician.

Residential and Commercial. Households, Single Family,
Multi-family, Duplex, Apartments, Condominiums, Daycare Centers, Restaurants, Food Services, Churches, Warehouses, Hotels, Hospitality, Nursing Facilities, Gyms, Cars.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I really enjoy pest control I have a passion for it. Each job is a new adventure and challenge I enjoy solving the problems and building relationships with my customers, many that last for years, I watched some of their kids grow up. and some retire from places I've treated monthly!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are Licensed and Insured and that they take the time to explain the service and what progress you should expect. Pest control usually requires a plan of attack, and is not an instant process, follow-ups are usually included and necessary.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We ask what size or square footage is the home or problem areas, how long has the issue been a problem, have you had this problem in the past, and has any other company been out recently to treat this problem?
