Typical process includes: introduction, questions and synopsis of what the issue at hand is, inspection/investigation, deliver findings, and discuss estimate to fix issue.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Associates degree in business management Bachelors degree in business administration ODA certifications: 10A, 10B, 12, 3A, 6A, 7, Core & CNWACO

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father owned several rental properties that were routinely infested with pests. After these first-hand experiences, it prompted me to investigate the career. The rest is history as they say.

What types of customers have you worked with?

WPM services both commercial and residential markets. Both types of clients either hire us for individual problems or sign on for a routine pest program.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

WPM has handled emergency pest problems same-day for clients regardless of holiday or time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are a variety of providers in pest management. Unless a particular person has experience with a provider, that person won't know what they are getting when they hire.
