What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don’t contact large companies. These days you will over pay for inferior services. Do not purchase service over the phone. Pest control requires a thorough inspection/ investigation to solve all your needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Inquire of them about their experience with your specific pest concerns. Ask specifically who they will send to your home for the inspection. A Pest service is only as good as the specialist at your door. It’s a common practice by the large companies to hire extra help in the busy summer months . Then send them to new customers with very little training and no experience. Ask the company owner or manager be present for this very important first service. Ask tough questions about warranty and money back guarantees. Avoid signing a binding agreement they are not necessary. Avoid auto pay ! Never except a perimeter only service. Each service requires a new inspection as pest issues can change. A full inspection can’t be done from the exterior only.
