We keep our pricing competitive and below most of our competition! We offer you a 3 month warranty plus the option to upgrade to 6 months.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will talk through several things such as size of home, level of infestation & what preparation needs done prior to booking an appointment. With our heat & spray combination treatment for bed bugs we are able to significantly cut down on our customers prep work and usually can rid your home of bed bugs in one day! We drive discreet vehicles! No bed bug or other bug markings!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are professionally licensed & insured & hold our LLC through the state of Ohio as well as extensive training classes for use of our bed bug heat equipment. We are also fully licensed through the state of Ohio to apply commercial pesticide.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owners of the company started their business 10 years ago after personally dealing with bed bugs themselves & the emotional stress that comes with the whole process, so they understand what you’re going through and have treated thousands of homes and businesses for bed bugs!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Schools, fire stations, city buildings, courthouses, job and family services, offices, and thousands of residential homes as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently treated a firehouse. No one is immune to getting bed bugs! Our technician was able to answer many questions the firefighters had & their firehouse is now bed bug free!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they offer you a minimum 3 month warranty in writing! If they can’t stand behind their work then they are not the company for you. Also make sure they are licensed and insured.

What is the square footage of your home? (If you don’t know we can look it up for you!) How long have you had the pest issue? What type of warranty does the exterminator offer? What type of prep work will the customer have to do to prepare the home or business for extermination?
