What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer upfront, exact pricing for all of our services. No hidden fees, no BS :) We offer all senior citizens (55+) and all first responders a 10% discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a smile and an initial consultation to understand your concerns and inform you of how we plan to resolve the issue. We follow-up with all of our customers a few days after treatment to make sure their expectations were met and their pest problems have been resolved.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are fully licensed with the State of Ohio Department of Agriculture. We have over a decade of experience and are always actively learning new and innovative ways to safely and effectively provide the best control options available.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out working for a small pest control company in 2015 that my friend was working for, and in 2016 I decided to go out on my own and have been loving every minute of it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers both residential and commercial accounts alike. No job is too small or too big for us to handle. No matter what culture you are from or observe, EVERYONE gets the same excellent customer service as if they were family (the good family members lol). It's just what we do. :)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have a passion for pest control. I simply enjoy my job to the fullest and are proud of every job I do. I just love seeing my customers smile's knowing their pest, rodent and wildlife problems have been resolved. Thank you all past and future customers. Many more smiles to come. :)
