What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We treat every customer like family. Our treatment plans make us easy to work with and hassle free. We communicate clearly and honestly, letting each customer know what they can expect from us. We guarantee our work. If you are unhappy with a service you have received from us we will come out and fix the issue at no charge.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are state certified and have received world class training. We have over ten years of experience working for large companies handling all kinds of pest issues. We have the knowledge, expertise, and ability to handle most any job.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love working out doors and meeting new people so its kind of always been a natural fit.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with clients of all kinds and in accounts of all kinds. We treat them all the same, like family.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a bed bug job for a small business owner who was dealing with a very inconvenient infestation. We did a thorough inspection and came up with an effective and appropriate strategy that fit the situation. We solved the problem quickly and around the clients schedule. Best of all it was done after business hours so they didn't lose any operating time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask lots of questions and share lots of information. Communication is huge in this industry. Find a provider you trust, are comfortable with, and meets your needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What issue are you wanting to prevent/solve? What is the time frame you would like the issue to be resolved in? Research cost and come up with a budget that will not only solve your problem, but most importantly you are comfortable with.
