What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each service is unique, based on your property size and amount of foliage. We offer a range of products including All-natural, Botanical and Synthetic that keep your yard itch-free for 14 to 21 days.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are able to provide an estimate over the phone and you don’t need to be home when we provide the service. If you are not completely satisfied with the effectiveness of our mosquito, tick and flea treatments, contact us within 14 days of your service and we will schedule a time to reassess your property and if needed, provide a booster service at no additional charge.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our service technicians are state certified for outdoor pest control applications. Mosquito Joe was recently admitted into the Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Program (PESP) established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mosquito Joe offers services for both residential and commercial properties from the restaurant on the corner to the corporate office’s campus.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are many varieties of mosquitoes depending on the region and climate. Our Urban Entomologist has selected the right products for each customer and has thoroughly trained our staff on Integrated Pest Management techniques to not only rid your yard of mosquitoes, ticks and fleas, but also on how to mitigate their larva, so they don’t come back.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They need to ask about ways to mitigate water around the property and how a company will provide solutions. Mosquito Joe inspects the property to identify water sources and breeding areas for Mosquito, Ticks and fleas making recommendations and applying the right products in the right places.
