What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

New customers receive a first treatment discount and then regular pricing for all other treatments. It's the same price up to 1 acre. We also offer Tick and Fly control.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We review your needs on the first treatment and then create a barrier protection so you can enjoy your yard. There is no need for the customer to be present once we've reviewed your needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The team has a Massachusetts and Rhode Island applicator license. They also have been trained through Mosquito Authority to properly service your property. We do not spray any flowers, vegetables, or fruit trees to protect the bees and you.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started three years ago as a sprayer and now own the company for two years. I enjoy being outdoors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with all customers throughout the state and some school districts. Customers properties range from a small footprint to a few acres. Some of our customers have farm animals and horses. Our product is safe when properly applied and we offer all natural solutions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This year we've installed many Thermacell LIV systems for our customers that enjoy being outdoors regularly. The LIV system is an OnDemand product that repels mosquitoes. The product is scentless and is controlled from your smartphone. You only use it while outside. It only takes about an hour to install and connect to your Wi-Fi (it can be turned on manually too).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would look at reviews and customer service comments. We specialize in Mosquito, Tick, and Fly control. Many of our customers have been with us for years.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Where and when are you seeing activity? Which treatment is right for you and your family (regular treatment or all natural)?
