What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Trapping is typically a set price, but the job cannot be priced over and phone. We are the most detailed company you will find. We only put things you need to solve your particular issue. nothing more and nothing less.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We come to your house at a time that is convenient for you and give you a free thorough assessment of your issue. From there we will immediately begin trapping for the nuisance animal. We will typically do any preventative seal up, and enzyme the Attic or crawl space to remove any attractants from feces/urine/ etc

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Every technician has their own certification the both the state and the National Wildlife Operators Association.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was in law enforcement for five years and I had a snake in my toilet. the snake was there to hunt roof rats that I didn't know I had. In the end, I got a new job that I love to do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with people in commercial and residential properties. We have worked on 700 sq ft homes and we have worked on 9000 SQ foot homes. We work with people of all backgrounds.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently sealed a 8000 SQ foot home that had a terrible flying squirrel problem. Trapping small rodents is very challenging to you have to be very detailed, not to miss anything. It took about 2 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

hire who you feel most comfortable with, in this line of work, the customer and technician have to be able to communicate clearly about time frames and animal trapping.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I want to solve my problem for good or solve my problem for the time being?
