Introduction

We are a local industry leader in eco-friendly pest and wildlife removal that specializes in pre- and post-construction to fix and prevent conflicts with nature for the life of a structure. We back up our work with more than a lifetime guarantee. We are the only company that offers an eternity warranty on our pest prevention services! We know that repairs will eventually wear out, so why should you have to pay twice? With our Forever warranty, those repairs will be replaced for free when they wear out or are breached by wildlife. We are serving the greater Nashville area with professional animal, wildlife, critter and pest control, trapper, dead animal removal and removal services.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We are currently trying to simplify our pricing for services but no 2 structures have the identical repair or service needs. Our technicians are non commissioned employees of the company, they must abide by a company pricing guide therefore they have zero ability to modify prices for personal gain like our competitors often do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We set up an assessment once we receive the clients address and contact info. During the assessment we can begin trapping immediately if the client wants. A complete project typically takes 2 weeks to complete.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
As a company we always continue to expand our employees education and training. Personally I have acquired pest management licenses in 4 states, attended college for architectural design and graduated with a BS in clinical research. I am scheduled to complete my m.d/p.h.d in 2022. Previously I was an enlisted member of the United States Air Force with technical training in munition systems.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We too started out as clients in this industry, so we know just how you feel!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Typically our project starts with trapping to remove as many animals as possible. Next we begin sealing off all the active and potential entry areas while continuing to trap animals during the entire process and even several days after repairs are complete to insure no animal is left behind to cause further damage or die. The final step is our biological clean up process which targets pheromone and biological attracts as well as complete sterilization of the affected areas. We end with the only rock-solid warranty that goes beyond a year or years, even a lifetime to be a warranty for eternity. Eventually any repair will breakdown, we fix our for free. Repairs are costly why should you ever have to pay twice for them?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Please realize that no provider like us exists! Our services, care, and attention to detail really are above and beyond anyone else in these industries.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The most important step in stopping conflicts with nature is having the expertise to properly stop the conflict from ever happening. It may sound simple but evidence is everywhere that most companies only care about getting done with the project asap and getting paid. Little effort is exerted on "down the road" critical thinking, which is another step that sets us apart from others.
