Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is as fair as I can make it. Every job is different and may require more or less than the prior job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to talk over the phone , that way I can get all the details and can normally diagnose the problem that way. After that, I’ll setup an appointment that works for both of us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
10+ years trapping. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Been catching critters since I was a child. I am still very passionate about trapping as a hobby. The first trappers were true pioneers and helped map out America. It’s a tradition that runs deep in the roots of our country.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All kinds. Some times my customers aren’t home, or it’s a rental property. I send pictures and text updates to keep them in the loop.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Caught two raccoons living in a customers attic. A national animal removal company had been trying to catch them for three weeks. I set my traps in a forced entry style and had the raccoons the next day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Read the fine print. Most companies offer limited services, they will only set the traps for a week, no guarantee to catch the animal, etc. When you hire us, you get us for as long as it takes to catch the problem animal.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How long will the traps be set, is it a flat fee or per animal, can they close the entry points when finished.
