What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is designed to take care of your family. We strive to provide the best service possible, and while we may not always be the cheapest, we guarantee you will get more for your money than with any other company. Our general pest service even INCLUDES extras like fleas, ticks, scorpions, fire ants, etc. Our highest goal is to serve you and your family, we price our services with this goal in mind.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We strive to understand the needs of each customer individually. Every home is unique and every family is unique. This requires us to ask more questions and design our services in a way to best serve each family. When we go to a new customers home, we spend a little more time listening and asking questions than most companies, this allows us to know how to best serve you. We always walk our customers through what will be done to solve the problem and help them to know what to expect as we provide treatments. Our office is always ready to answer questions and our technicians take detailed notes for each home so when you have a question or concern you can call the office and they will be able to answer any question immediately because in our office, like with our customers, we believe great communication yields great results.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians are all licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture. All employees received intensive trained before they are allowed to treat our customers homes to ensure you receive the best service possible. They also receive weekly ongoing service training to continue to provide the very best treatment available to our customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have served all types of customers with all types of issues. Many of the issues we encounter in Pest Control can create deep anxiety and stress to many families. Our extensive training and knowledge of each issues we commonly deal with allows us to provide a thorough and effective serve which helps our customers get back to their normal routine quickly. We love the opportunity to help bring peace of mind back into a home.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Often Bed Bugs can be a terrifying thing. Many people are embarrassed and scared when they find they have Bed Bugs. We recently served a family that had discovered Bed Bugs in their home and were shocked to find how much most companies will charge. After discussing the situation with the family and knowing most families don't have $1500 to casually throw at some Bed Bugs, but seeing the stress and anxiety caused by the situation, we created a plan for them at a much more affordable cost. They were seeing immediate results the day we serviced their home. It's always great to help bring peace of mind back into a home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My number one piece of advice would be to realize not all services are the same. Finding a professional who has a big nationwide name, a local company, and a guy on craigslist are not going to be providing the same service. They often won't even be using the same products. ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS! Make sure you know what you are getting and compare the choices given to you. One person may be $20 less than the other but the guy $20 more is offering a much higher value.
