What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Some services are based on square footage others could be scope of work, special material or fabrication. We use high grade materials to give the consumer long term peace of mind. We offer 1st responder, senior, military and new customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

From initial contact either via, email, text or phone call, we listen to the customer needs. Our admin will either schedule a service that meets the customers desire. In some instances it may require an on-site inspection. We want to solve the customers issue and earn the customer trust and long term partnership.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

By law the TDA requires 4-8hours of continuing education courses. Our industry is evolving so much, we have weekly team meetings and pick of a topic to discuss. We feel knowledge is power and we should learn something everyday.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’m entering my 30th year in the industry. What started out as a summer job has turned out to be a great career. My oldest son joined our team last year. I hope that I can some day pass the torch to him.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work for a variety of customers from residential, commercial, schools and non-profits.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently rebuilt a chimney for a customer that raccoons destroyed. We took it all the way down to the frame and reskinned it with Hardy panel and painted it to match the home. Customer was extremely pleased.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get multiple bids! Ask lots of questions, ask about the material/products they will be using to control the issue. Ask about warranty duration, look for fine print and terms of agreement.
