What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We go over the pest you are seeing and explain our methods and solutions offered. We will perform an inspection and treat according to the protocol specific to the pest found upon inspection. We are very thorough and have no problem answering all your questions!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed and our technician has been in the industry for over ten years. We also have an entomologist in our wheelhouse that we work closely with. We are true problem solvers and have a TON of resources.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We wanted to find a tried and true way to keep our family and fur family safe in our yard! Mosquitoes are NO joke and are not only a nuisance but extremely harmful to people and animals. Our method WORKS and is completely safe to people, pets and our lovely pollinators. Once customers started falling in love with our mosquito control and our customer service, they wanted us to perform pest control services as well. That loyalty allowed us to expand and grow into a full pest control company as well! We are fully licensed and have hired very knowledgeable technicians.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that person is reliable and provides EXCELLENT customer service. In pest control or infestations- you need to make sure the company who hire is going to ALWAYS answer the phone. Bugs come back and the person you hire should be a phone call away and willing to solve the problem!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should ask the process for resolving the issues they are having. Asking about the timeline for getting the problem solved is also a helpful way to set expectations.
