What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We enjoy meeting with the client and seeing what their needs are and offer a variety of solutions so the client can pick an option that best fits their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I received hands on training under a company for many years. The gentleman that trained me had built large commercial buildings to smaller facilities. He taught me many important factors like the quality of materials used, safety, responsibility and he loved what he did so he invested his skills and work ethic on me.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I once had a problem with mice and learned that they carry many diseases, germs and bacteria that are dangerous to humans and had to get my home sealed and secured to keep mice from coming in. I realized many people out there don’t understand they can prevent this problem by securing their home so I decided to pursue a career in helping people keep their home safe.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and commercial. Clients with large and small projects. Everyone matters!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We received a call on a client that bought a new home and had mice in attic. We quickly sealed the entry points to the home and got rid of mice. We were able to get the homeowners back to enjoying their new home

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the materials used are of good quality. Some businesses use foam and cheap materials to give a cheap price and the protection is poor and doesn’t last

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you licensed? Do you have references? Do you give a warranty?
