What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer fair and competitive pricing. We also offer discounts depending on the services. Giving customers discounts DOES NOT stop our quality of work. Some prices are "starting" prices and could vary based on levels of infestations and travel time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process when working with new customers is first get an understanding of what issue they're having. The worse thing a professional can do is not ask questions and get more information about the concerns the customer is having. After learning what issues the customers are having and identifying the pest we work together to get a plan in place to solve the issue.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a Certified Applicator in the state of Texas which means I've passed my exam to run a business and also have a strong knowledge of pest issues. I also do bi-monthly refresher courses to stay up to date on pest knowledge and things that could change within the Texas law for pest control.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a larger company for a few years and after that I decided to return to school so I left that company. In the middle of all that I discovered I really had a passion for pest control and customer service so I decided to start my own business in order to help customers and ran things how I'd like to.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all types of customers from nice super people who'd give you the shirt off their back. I've also worked with people who were just mean and didn't seem like they'd want you in their home. My rules is I don't mind how mean someone is long as you treat me with respect I will do my very best to help resolve your pest issue. If you decide to be disrespectful Texas has around 3,000 companies to choose from.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm also fond of roach services because sometimes they can be a challenge and I like to be challenge when it comes to pest control. Sometimes the job can get repetitive so it's also fun to do something out the ordinary. Roach jobs can take anywhere between 1-4 hours depending on level of infestations but other companies may have their own way of doing things and it take less or longer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Read their reviews and see what customers say about their work. Yes there will be some bad reviews but I feel there's most likely always that one person who wasn't happy. Also give the company a chance to explain their prices and what's included because some prices may seem high but they come with follow ups at no additional charge and more.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How fast are you expecting to have the issue resolved? We're professionals and sometimes a customer may not like the timeframe but trust the process. Should we do quarterly service or a one time? The technician can talk you through the process and come up with the best solutions.
