What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always start with a Free inspection and estimate. Once approved, our technicians can begin work immediately, we do not employ sales people. During, and after, the process you will have direct access to the technician via cell phone for any questions or to utilize the 100% warranty.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have 10 years consecutive experience dealing exclusively with rodent control. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture and are required to uphold several standards of practice to retain licensure.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As an avid outdoors family, we have always been very familiar with the animals that surround us and wanted to find a way to safely cohabitate. They do not belong in your home, so we developed techniques to relocate them for mutual safety.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. Houston is truly a melting pot city and we look forward to interacting with our neighbors and helping them solve their problem.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Each job is completely different as we work with many different personalities and mother nature herself. Every job completed is a project we are fond of. From start to finish the process takes roughly 2 weeks. It is important that you trust your technicians as any work done to your home is personal. We are a relationship based company and look forward to meeting you!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always make sure you are confident in your provider and trust them entirely. The nature of our profession requires individuals to enter your home, this should be taken seriously. Make sure you fully understand the process and ask tons of questions! We love to educate! Ask about insurance and licenses. Also ask if they have worked under any other business names.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you the homeowner? If not contact your landlord and see if they have a professional already. If not, check over your lease to see if they are responsible for remedying the issue.
