What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is straight up. We are priced to stay in business and maintain access to the best products and equipment for every job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meeting them face to face in their environment. Getting to know them personally, then taking the time to become as concerned and invested as they are in keeping their home pest free.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 12 years experience working in all types of environments, structures, and tons of different pests. I am a Certified Applicator, and have done the proper continual education classes to maintain certified status.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a lost 18 yr old I took the advice of some older friends and looked into pest control. 12 years later I can say I've fallen in love with it!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every type of household, business, and school buildings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a customer who was fighting a huge odorous house ant problem. I applied baits and non-repellant products and within a few days not one single ant was crawling.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who is willing to spend time with you and at your home. Just being on someone's route is good for prevention and maintenance, but not good when you're trying to solve a problem.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you looking for long term results or a right now fix? How much are you willing to contribute to helping solve the problem? Safety of chemicals and other products being put into your environment.
