What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are competitive but when it comes to results and attention to detail, we have little competition. Sure there are cheaper options but when quality matters, call A & A Lawn Care and Pest Control.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We contact the potential client with a quote. If the potential client accepts the quote and wants to get onboard, we send them an electronic form to get their account set up and their initial service scheduled.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed Pesticide Applicator with the State of Texas. Our company license number is 0779024.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My wife and I began A & A Lawn Care at a time when our lives were uncertain. I had just left the roller coaster that is oil field work to continue my university studies. Soon we found ourselves struggling to make ends meet and we were pregnant with out 2nd child. We now have 3 beautiful little girls who keep us busy when we're not out helping folks with their lawn care and pest control.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with both residential and commercial clients. From town home residential properties to entire HOA properties. We can help.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have been blessed to be able to contribute to the Comal County Crisis Center with direct financial contributions as well as being a sponsor for the "Vibin against Violence Peace, Love and Music festival. We have also helped the Happened by Chance Horse Rescue with financial contributions and physical labor helping to feed the horses from time to time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You want to be careful of taking the cheapest deal because you get what you pay for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Often times when you deal with someone who constantly underbids jobs, one of two things happen. The first thing that could happen is that the contractor doesn't make any money after paying his labor costs and he or she eventually goes broke or the second thing that could happen is that he or she cuts his or her labor costs by not having their hands perform the job the way it should be done, thoroughly. Most of these people will go with the latter. The result is haphazard workmanship and a disappointed client. Avoid all that by calling us.
