What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a Certified Technician and I continually take continuing education courses, learning about the newest technology in the industry. Specific insects and their habits are actually an interest of mine, so continuing to learn is a pleasure. I am committed to knowing everything possible to keep your home safe and pest-free.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

During one summer while on break in college, I went to work for another pest control company. I felt like I easily connected with people and was able to do them a valuable service by ridding their homes of pests. Moving to Dallas, I started GreenPower. I truly enjoy my work and enjoy helping people get the pest-free home they desire.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with every type of customer imaginable. Some people are more extroverted and want to chat about what I’m doing, learning about pest control themselves. Some people are very busy and would rather me just get rid of all of their bugs and be on my way! Whether you want to chat or us just get rid of all your pests, I will do it. My relationship with you is of utmost importance to me.
