Finding out what the customer(s) main concerns are, assessing the situation and figuring out how to address these issues in the most efficient & effective way possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Semi-annual training and annual recertification classes help to keep my mind sharp but nothing beats field experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad introduced me to this field at 12 when he had a company. I would go out and help him this is what gave me my hard work ethic

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Stay with a small company we're typically cheaper for the same quality of work and much more personable.
