Our first initial treatment is normally $249, which is a flushing treatment. for Thumb Tack customers we discount that treatment to $75 (with a 12 month agreement). That treatment is going to knock out 60-70% of your pest issues, it just doesn't get the eggs that are left behind because nothing will kill an egg. We come back 30 days later to start your first quarterly treatment so we can get those hatch-lings before they can lay more eggs. This process is breaking up the egg cycle. That quarterly treatment is $99 per quarter (Every three months). We guarantee between treatments and will come out unlimited times between treatments for free if anything comes back. (some restrictions apply).

Our initial service will agitate and affect insect hiding spots. Because of this, you may notice more insect activity after our initial treatment, even if you have been using another regular provider. For this reason, we schedule the first two services 4-6 weeks apart. As our products work their way through insect nesting sites, you will notice less and less insect activity with every treatment. Some insect eggs can take up to twelve months before they hatch, and most eggs are resistant to pest control products meaning they have to hatch before they can be treated. Also, for each insect you see, there are usually dozens to hundreds of eggs waiting to hatch and re-infest the surrounding area. All of these reasons make follow up services an extremely important part of breaking the life cycle of unwanted pests. Avani Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services. We typically do a quarterly maintenance service and guarantee it between treatments but can also do monthly or bi-monthly services as well. We also do termite inspections for Refi or VA loans. We don't currently do Bed Bugs, Termite treatments, or Mosquito treatment. We also don't do snakes, larger animals like squares, raccoons or birds.

We really like treating homes and commercial properties. Our service is different in how we treat the property. Your typical pest control company will treat the base of your home and the inside. At Avani Pest Control start up top on all the overhangs and knock all the webs down on your house. Afterwards we spray all of the overhangs so that the spiders don't come back. Next we treat 3 feet up the wall and 3 feet out around the base of the home (that's 6 feet of barrier). What really sets us apart is we will treat every rock bed and shrub on your property as well as the fence. We include the inside of your home and any detached sheds or garages. Coverage wise we are taking care of your entire property. Our initial service takes 35-50 minutes and the regular quarterly services are 25-40 minutes.
