What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically through a phone call, text messages with images and an inspection at the home. Explaining the process and servicing the home right away.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm licensed in almost all of the categories for pest control here in Utah. Ongoing training is important in the technology of the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It all started almost 10 years ago in the mean streets of Mesa, AZ. Fighting everything from scorpions and black widows to keeping mice out of homes. I moved to Utah a few years ago with a bigger pest control company - although I loved it, I knew I could get more creative to accomplish better results, so here we are ready to take customer astonishment to the next level!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure that they know what they're talking about, they're not just blasting everything with a spray, there's so much more to bring effective in treatments. Make sure that they are properly licensed! Be sure that they can explain to you in a way that's not just jargon and confusing to you - you should understand and be comfortable with what's going to happen with your home and treatments.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Experience is important! What is the plan? What happens if that plan doesn't work? What is plan B or C? We know what to doing and discuss with you the options and what to expect.
