What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold

On-site, we begin with an inspection to: -understand the environment -identify conditions of the pests Once we are on the same page with you, we will implement measures to: -eliminate existing pests -prevent reoccurrence -help correct conditions attracting pests

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

IMPACT is fully licensed with the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food. Our programs and services we implement are backed by 22 years of experience. IMPACT has a Certified Entomologist on staff that ensures the latest innovations, practices, and responsibility are used for effective pest control.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently, a customer had a few mice. We sealed up the entry points around the utility lines, installed new garage door sweeps from the outside, and set 30 traps under the sinks, behind the fridge, in the ceiling, and garage. We caught over 36 mice in two weeks and now, they are eliminated.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
There are a lot of good companies in the area. The cost of service is always something to consider. So, ask questions to see if they match your needs. We want to provide the best value with a custom approach.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Due to the safety and challenges in our industry, licensing and training are crucial. Companies all have access to similar products, but effective and responsible pest control requires: 1 Understanding your needs and concerns. 2 An inspection. 3 Proper identification and communication. 4 Appropriate treatments, not necessarily "spraying". 5 Stand behind their work. YOU MAY WANT TO ASK: 1 Will you provide an inspection BEFORE servicing to identify what the pest is and why I have this problem? 2 What experience do you have? 3 What training do your technicians receive? 4 What types of treatments do you use? 5 What if the problem isn't fixed?
