Straight forward pricing, we offer phone estimates and free inspections.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ideally we like to conduct a brief phone interview to asses what is going on. Schedule an appointment, and have a technician go out and take care of whatever issues you may have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed for structural pest control in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

No one grew up wanting to be a bug man/woman. We just kind of fell into after school and have been doing it since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners, property management companies, realtors, restaurants, hospitals, schools, government facilities, everyone under the sun it seems like.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we helped a family get rid of a squirrel family living in their attic humanely. anytime we can humanely remove animals is a win in our books.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Homeowners want service that is effective, affordable and performed in a clean and tidy manner.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask questions about how the product works, can they spell what they are using, what is the warranty associated with the service, what can we expect after the service.
