We are a small locally and family owned/operated company. We opened our doors in 1989 with the sole purpose of providing our customers with a pest free environment at a more reasonable cost than the big guys. Many of our customers have been with us from the beginning. We service all of northern Virginia. We ensure our customers satisfaction with thorough inspections, regular and effective treatments, and by always putting the customer first. We offer many different plans to suit the needs of your family and home. If you're dealing with termites, spiders, ants, or one of many other pests, we'll do everything we can to take care of you and your property. We offer inspections for resale or refinance at a great low price. We can take care of excluding unwanted visitors from your entire home, including the attic and crawn spaces. We offer affordable insulation removal and replacement as well as feces and nesting cleanup and sanitation. Whatever your need is, we can help! It would be an honor to have you as a customer.

The pricing in based off a visual inspection of your property.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have an inspector come to your property and inspect it for your problem. They will then come up with a plan and price and go over it with you answering any questions. In some cases they can treat for the problem on the same visit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

ALL of our inspectors/technicians are certified by the State of Virginia and have 20yrs. experience or more! Most of them have worked with us for 15yrs. Or more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father started in this industry in 1977 and started the company in 1988. I followed in his footsteps.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All, new homeowners who need to be educated on Pest Control services, customers ghat are buying/selling their property, and customers who are looking for a better Pest Control company.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Understand the problem and the process and if you don’t know ask a lot of questions…. Even if we have already looked at your property and it’s a few days later. Go with someone you feel comfortable with. There are a lot of inexperienced companies out there. Call our office with questions.
