What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer quarterly service and one time treatments as well. I also offer free callbacks for interior pest activity when on quarterly service. If the pests come back so do we at no charge.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a Board Certified Entomologist and an associate certified entomologist and have a bachelor's degree in Environmental Health

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in pest control right after graduating college. I thought it would be a stepping stone to another career but 24 years later and I have made a career of pest control and I just love helping people and solving their problems

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of facilities. Everything from giant food plants, airports, high end restaurants, fast food and homes. I have seen and worked with almost everything in my nearly 24 years in the business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone with lots of experience. Pest control can be complicated work and there is no substitute for experience. I have over 26 years of pest control experience alone not to mention my education and certifications.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are their certifications and how many years experience do they have? Have they actually done pest control or are they a salesman only?
