Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I keep my prices fair and provide the most inclusive pest control programs and services in the area. Active military and veterans receive up to a $50 discount!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We set up a time to come take a look at the problem at hand, come up with a plan of action for treatment or repairs, make that treatment or repair and then follow up until the issue is resolved, then we come back for scheduled maintenance visits.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
WSDA licensed and trained for license maintenance. Ten years of pest control experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I took this job as a place holder to get into law enforcement almost ten years ago. I ended up loving the industry and being able to help people so I stayed and have been doing it ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Over the years we have worked with every type of person imaginable. One of the unique things about this profession is that we get to meet different types of people and go to different places every day!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Corporate pest control is sometimes a mess and the customers are the ones who experience the negative trickle down effect. Bigfoot Pest Management is anything but corporate, because the customer really matters to us. Finding a company that you trust, and a technician that you are comfortable with is very important. Remember that the pest control industry can be very hectic, so the people who are willing to spend the most time with you are usually the ones who will give the best service. You usually get what you pay for, so going with the cheapest company will often times get you nowhere.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I think that asking about experience and becoming comfortable with the pest technician are the most important.
