Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing in all categories are all very competitive in the market. All inspections are $125. Inspection fees are waved if a service is found needed and can be performed at the same time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I try to leave a 2-hour window for any inspection and any initial service that is to be performed. I make sure I have plenty of time to do a thorough investigation and come up with a plan of success in pest control strategy to solve any issue you may be dealing with.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have all licenses required through the WSDA covering all pests covered for rodents and insects that we deal with in Washington state. I have I have taken many online courses and in class classes to always further my knowledge in the full scope of pest control and all the pests that we deal with.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have always had an interest in bugs, insects as well as reptile's animal life. I love the opportunities of using my skills of a problem solving as well as knowledge in this line of work to help customers and provide great results.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked on any type of account you can think of. I have had many years of experience in large commercial accounts including Microsoft, Amazon, Google, large apartment and property communities, etc. I also have many years of experience in strictly residential. I am well versed and have dealt with pretty much any kind of account.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently helped out a customer who had rented out their home for the last couple of years. After the tenants had left, they had found that the home had been completely overrun by cockroaches in every room in the large home. after 5 weeks, the home was completely eradicated of all cockroaches. This was one of the worst situations that I have seen in my many years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I have always believed that the technician that is working for you is more important than the company itself as to who you should be dealing with. Do you like the technician, is he doing a diligent job, trustworthy and is he or she very communitive and reliable. Make sure you like the person that is working in your home or property.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Are there things that can be done at home that may be able to help solve the issues. Make sure food is put away and sealed, clean under appliances, under the liners in the trashcans. Is there obvious access, points into the home that can be sealed off fairly easy? These are just some things to consider that may save some money.
