Very close to the prices I started with over 10 years ago.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Finding out which pest needs to be taken care of and will the customer like a one time service with a 30 day warranty or ongoing preventative maintenance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over a decade of ongoing pest control course work through Washington State Department Of Agriculture.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Got lucky working for a 5 star pest control company over a decade ago. Learned from the best.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every and all types. Pests don’t discriminate.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

An out of state customer was closing on the sale of their home and a very active wasp nest was discovered near their front entryway. I treated the nest the following day and it’s now eliminated. They easily paid through a Zelle link I sent via text. Very quick and secure transfer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check industry standard pricing for the type of pest you’d like a solution for. Beware of scare tactics salespeople can use to try to get you to signup for unnecessary services.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have you noticed activity on the interior or exterior? How much activity? When would you like it treated?
