Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We will happily provide you with a quote for our services if you give our office a call. We will also be able to assist you in scheduling your appointment, answering any and all questions that you may have regarding our services and anything else that you may need us for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Since we provide a wide array of services, what we will typically do is walk you through exactly what we do for each service call (initial inspection & then address the problem and/or provide a quote for services) along with answer any and all questions that you may have. We will then happily provide you with a quote for our services and assist you in scheduling your appointment with one of our qualified technicians that service your area. Before we schedule your appointment, we usually ask for your full name, home address, e-mail address for billing purposes (we are paperless), best telephone number along with how you heard about us so we can set up your account and better assist you in the future.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Each and every one of our technicians have completed a rigorous training program required by Advanced Wildlife Control and are highly qualified to do any job that you may need us for.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
This is a family-owned and operated business that started in 1989 and has grown exponentially. We have been in business for over 30 years and counting.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have been in business in Southeastern Wisconsin for over 30 years so our customer base is very vast. We service all of Waukesha County, Washington County, Ozaukee County, and Milwaukee County. Our services include animal relocation and removal, a full range of pest control, insulation removal, attic sanitation, bird prevention, deck trenching, animal feces removal, mosquito control services, home pest inspections, dead animal removal, and even basement sealing.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently, we had to do a bat proofing on a local church. It wasn't the easiest project but we truly enjoyed working with the members of the congregation and the work together that we put into it. The job took several days and although it was very difficult they haven't had a bat since!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would encourage them to look at years of experience as well as the reviews that are online about a company. Experience matters in this industry and feedback (good or bad) from reviews helps you to better understand who you are working with. Always make sure to ask if the company is licensed, insured and bonded.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I would think about what time I am hearing the noise and what it sounds like. How long has this been occurring? What would you like the outcome to be? How many years of experience do you have?
