What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing varies based upon the Client's NEEDS. It begins with an initial FREE consultation and based on whether or not both parties feel it is a good fit to work together, I will show the client different treatment packages. Packages will vary based on the Client's needs and the level of treatment needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For a new customer, an intake will be the initial meeting. This will help provide the background needed and direction for coaching/therapy. This will also help determine whether or not there is compatibility between the client and the coach/therapist. Following the intake, meeting frequency will be determined on a case by case basis.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a BA in Sociology and a BS in Criminal Justice with minors in law and Spanish. As a collegiate athlete and eventually becoming a professional athlete I learned the skills necessary to succeed in a high-stress, high-demand life. Following my career, I completed a capstone program and became a certified family therapist. I also became a certified personal trainer as well as a financial advisor as well as a certified life coach.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I realized the influence being a professional athlete had on the juvenile demographic. I saw that I was able to impact more change than previous counselors. This led to an endless pursuit of finding ways to help improve individuals lives from a holistic perspective.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with clients from all age ranges from 4 years old to individuals in their 70’s. My career has allowed me to work with all walks of life and is something that I really enjoy getting to learn everyone’s unique story.
