What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our current rate is $95 per session. I am able to after a flexible price for those that may need a discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always start by signing contracts that I will send over. Then we will have our first session. We do a lot of data gathering in our first sessions. We ask questions and try to understand the patterns that are holding our clients back. Then we start teaching and work through our teaching "Phases".

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified through RLT (Relational Life Therapy), which is the organization founded by Terry Real. Certified addiction recovery coach with AASAT. Certified trauma support specialist with Arizona Trauma Institute. Certified Life Coach.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in Addiction Recovery with AASAT. We started treating more and more cases involving infidelity. We specialize in that. Then we got certified with Terry Real through RLT and started seeing more and more typically married couples who need help.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All sorts of couples looking for help with conflict resolution and rebuilding trust. Worked with a lot of couples going through an infidelity. Also worked with single clients who just want a life couch or looking for addiction recovery (primarily with sexual addiction).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get on the phone and have an assessment call and see if it feels right. You might also ask about training and the modality that would be used in the sessions. We mostly use RLT and AASAT training in our work.
