My pricing is transparent and based on the value of deep, transformational work. I offer single sessions, package rates, and monthly coaching plans. Occasionally, I provide sliding scale options or payment plans for those in financial need just ask during your consultation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I begin with a thorough consultation to understand the client’s challenges, goals, and desired outcomes. From there, I customize a strategic plan that combines coaching, therapeutic dialogue, and hypnotherapy (if appropriate). Sessions are structured yet flexible to support meaningful and lasting growth.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have completed professional training in hypnotherapy, life coaching, CBT techniques, trauma-informed care, and relationship counseling. I continue to invest in advanced certifications and mentorship to stay current with the best practices in mental wellness and personal development.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My journey began with a deep desire to help others overcome personal struggles and find clarity. After years of studying psychology and wellness, I became passionate about hypnotherapy, life coaching, and therapeutic practices that create lasting change. I turned my own personal healing journey into a purpose-driven career helping others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients from individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, and low self-esteem, to couples seeking to rebuild trust and communication, to professionals and entrepreneurs looking to break through mental blocks and reach peak performance. I also work with clients dealing with addiction recovery, grief, relationship issues, and personal growth. Each person is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their specific needs and goals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my most fulfilling projects was working with a woman who struggled with self-esteem and anxiety after a traumatic breakup. Through a series of hypnotherapy and life coaching sessions over the course of 8 weeks, she was able to regain confidence, set healthy boundaries, and rediscover her personal power. Seeing her transformation was incredibly rewarding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the provider is someone you feel safe and comfortable with. Trust, experience, and a personalized approach are key. Ask questions about their methods, background, and success stories your wellness journey deserves thoughtful, compassionate guidance.
