Introduction

Cultivating safe, heart-centered spaces for individuals and communities to heal, reconnect, and reclaim their joy. As a Wellness Practitioner, I support individuals and communities in reclaiming wellness through an integrative, Earth-centered approach. My work blends somatic healing, energy balancing, and nature-based practices to help people reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and sense of belonging in the world. I specialize in trauma recovery and crisis support, offering grounded, heart-centered care for those navigating stress, grief, relationship ruptures, addiction recovery, and spiritual fatigue. Whether through holistic coaching, family mediation, or embodied healing sessions, I create spaces of trust where individuals can safely unpack layered experiences and move toward greater wholeness. Drawing on practices rooted in eco-psychology, affective neuroscience, relational theory, and ancestral knowledge, I guide clients in exploring the deeper roots of disconnection—often shaped by trauma, systemic harm, or environmental estrangement. I believe healing is not only individual, but collective and ecological. My sessions may include somatic processing, reflexology, energy alignment, breathwork, and sound healing—all tailored to support nervous system regulation, inner clarity, and emotional resilience. At the core of my practice is the belief that reconnection to the Earth is vital to the healing of self and society. To learn more about my offerings or schedule a session, please visit my website. My work is deeply rooted in these traditions, as well as my Native ancestral ways, to foster a more communal, balanced, and heart-centered way of living. Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I offer services at fair, median rates. While I aim to serve outside of a transactional model, financial realities apply. I provide a 22% discount for counseling sessions booked and paid for a month in advance. For those needing financial assistance, please email me with your situation to discuss options.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
To begin, please submit a request form or email me directly with your needs. My approach is heart-centered, avoiding a clinical feel and fostering empowerment. Our time together is designed to restore your freedom, not create dependency.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religious Studies, as well as a Master of Arts in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Additionally, I am certified in Motivational Interviewing and have extensive training in integrative wellness and Earth-based spirituality. I am currently completing my certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Healing (pending December 2024). My practices are enriched by global travel, particularly in Southeast Asia, where I have deepened my understanding of holistic healing and collective reconciliation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My journey in this work began over 15 years ago with my personal path of healing and spiritual growth. This led me to further academic pursuits to understand the intersection of psychology, religion, and social systems. I recognized that many of society’s external conflicts stem from personal imbalances, and I committed myself to supporting others in healing their wounds and transforming their lives.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have extensive experience working with individuals dealing with trauma, especially post-traumatic stress, and I have a strong focus on gender-related challenges. I also work with women who have experienced sexual violence, helping them transform their wounds into healing energy. I am passionate about guiding individuals who seek spiritual expansion and personal growth.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently worked with a young woman who had suffered personal traumas in her life, who was overwhelmed in life regarding both physical and spiritual evolution. Together we co-created a plan of action that addressed her physical needs, improving upon her diet and day to day lifestyle habits, looking more closely at her traumas and how they played into her current life, as well as, what about those situations and people could be useful going forward, and what no longer served her long-term optimal growth. In looking at her story, or the story she had told herself about herself, over time we were able to create a new narrative that was in alignment with her wishes to move forward and live a more integrated and elevated life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When choosing a counselor, it’s important to consider whether their energy and approach align with your personal goals for growth and healing. The relationship between us is at the heart of the healing process. Credentials matter, but so does the life experience and personal journey of your counselor. They should be able to challenge you and help you explore the parts of yourself that need healing, while offering a supportive and compassionate presence.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What is most important to you when choosing someone to trust with your emotional and spiritual well-being? What are your specific goals or outcomes in seeking professional support? Are you ready to confront your traumas and do the necessary work to heal and grow? What strengths and experiences do you bring to this healing process that can support your personal goals?
