Introduction

**Offering limited in person availability and Telehealth** I understand that therapy is a unique and occasionally awkward experience so I want to tackle this process with my clients with honesty and humor. If you are struggling with anxiety, negative self image, a difficult family, or relationship and need a space to build confidence and strength then I would be happy to work with you. I love working with clients to help them build a deeper understanding and love for themselves and invite everyone in my office to be their most genuine self. I am trained to work with couples, families, and individuals. I come from a collaborative perspective, meaning I want to work together with you and your values to shape treatment in a way that works best for your needs. I am passionate about providing a brave space for clients to explore their most authentic selves.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Consider what your specific goals are for treatment and what type of therapist you want to talk with. Are you looking for a therapist that provides a space to vent, or do you want someone who will challenge you to try something new. There is nothing wrong with either approach though knowing this can help you and your therapist work together to build the dynamic that works best for you.
