I'm a family owned business. I have been around doing chimneys my whole life . as the owner of neupaul contracting i go to every single job .I do not send out salesman, I control the quality of the workmanship, we use dropcloths,plastic, house shoes if needed on all masonry jobs we wash everything down with powerwasher if need I treat your house like my grandmother live there . once you use neupaul contracting. ill be your chimney guru . paulie Paul Neumann

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't hire salesman so we cut out that 20 or 30 percent that a salesman would get . I can keep my prices cheaper then most and I'm on the job

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

we go there to give a free estimate and explanation of the chimney .lots of knowledge I like to pass on to the customer's

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have done chimneys my whole life ,I have learned the old fashion way . from. experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

been in the business my whole life ,you can thank my grandfather,learned chimneys and cement ,some kids played with toys i played making cement...

I have worked with all types of customers, rich, poor, old ,young,i try to work with ever ones budgets

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I redid a chimney for a customer that got a house that was 287 years old. we relined four flues and rebuilt a bread oven customer has worked with us before and knew we could handle the job with no surprises

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

look at the work they do and make sure the owner is going to be there to control the workmanship
