We service all carpet types, Luxury Vinyl Plank Floors(LVP),Hardwood, Engineered Floors, and Tile and Grout. I'm here to service and don't mind telling you about other options if I can't get the job done. Thank you for reading this lengthy intro.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I price by the SqFt for all my jobs. I believe that is the fairest option for both parties.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New clients can expect a phone call or text message about the job. An on-site or video conference call to see the project. If you are happy with your estimate, we set a date, and you get to see a transformation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Wanted to get away from purely janitorial work. I thought about adding floors and carpet cleaning as additional services. Researching the internet, I came across the Very Low Moisture method of cleaning carpets. I bought the minimum equipment it took to do the job and asked the buildings I was cleaning if it was OK to clean their carpets and upholstery (for free, of course). It began to grow into its own thing that I enjoy doing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

40+ Age range, a few in their 30s. My client base was all referrals from other people.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I expect the client to have at minimum Three (3) quotes with other service providers that use different carpet cleaning techniques. Example: Hot Water Extraction(HWE), Very Low Moisture/Encap(VLM), or Dry-Powder.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I believe a client may not know everything that comes with the project. It's on us as professionals to listen, advise, and educate the client on the Price, Processes and Methods, and Project Satisfaction.
