We have very competitive pricing and utilize only superior commercial and proprietary grade products for completing your project. We offer volume, military & senior discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to speak directly with our customers to fully understand all aspects of their project and then schedule a FREE/NO OBLIGATION ESTIMATE for on-site review of all aspects. This will provide us with the information needed to establish a competitive proposal, that will include all materials to professionally complete your project. You will receive a written proposal that will itemize and detail all labor and materials.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

College graduate with a Bachelor's and Associates degree in both Economics and Accounting respectively. We have been providing these services for over 15 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We first started our business by offering tile and grout cleaning services that then through the years, based on customer demand, expanded into full restoration and installation services

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our customer base is both consumer and commercial that includes Phoenix Valley-Wide coverage and client's including major automotive dealerships, hotels, restaurants and hospitals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The re-grouting of a full kitchen, dinette area and family room that changed my customer's floor from outdated and worn to contemporary and new within a 3 day period. We are experts at making your tile and grout look like new in any area of your home (e.g. - kitchens, baths, showers, etc.).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at their character, their professionalism, responsiveness, quality of materials and workmanship and the level of customer service being provided.

What is it that I am trying to achieve? Who is the best professional for completing my project? What is my budget? And what can I expect upon completion of my project and within what time-frame?
