What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very competitively priced with the market and do have various discounts available: First Responder, Health Care, Repeat Customer, and Military.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We communicate with our customers to verify we are a good fit for you. We will discuss the surfaces you have, what your expectations are, and if the project is within your budget. If so, we come out to do a complimentary estimate and walk you through the entire process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have attended a few flooring seminars in various surfaces, but most all of the expertise we have is from trial and error over 19 years!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Eric (Owner): I started doing Hard Surface restoration in the late 2000s, quickly learning the various surfaces and how to bring them back to life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

A bunch of great customers! Commercial and Residential!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a Marble Polish. These floors are VERY difficult to polish and it turned out great. Check out the pictures on our profile.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are reputable, have great reviews, and are willing to give references. To make sure you get what you deserve, we don’t even charge any money up front. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied! Give us a call!
