What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A personal meeting to Identify their service needs. Every customer has a different service need for their Business Facility and Floor Surface. Then I provide a " Maintenance Proposal" according their needs or a Bid For Floor Care Service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Building Service Contractor Association International Building Management Course (BASCI) Recognize Nationally. On going Professional Courses.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I Enjoy working with People. I consider my service to be an Art. I enjoy to see my customer happy. Their greatest compliment is when they refer other customers to us.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our Customers are ongoing "Commercial Cleaning Accounts" Medical, Dental, & Business Offices to include a Private School Campus that were are responsible for servicing Monday thru Friday. In additions we are are fully experienced at servicing a variety of Floors from Vinyl, Linoleum, Tile & Grout, Marbel, Travertine, Terazzo, Granite and Slate. We are a " Complete Maintenance & Floor Care Company"

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of all of our projects. However , the School Campus Stands out in our mind. It has been an ongoing Maintenance Restoration Project. The Greatest Satisfaction is the Positive feed back we get back from the Staff and Teachers of how Great the Campus Looks since " Impressions Commercial Maintenance " took over the Maintenance Contract.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Professional Quality Service should always be priority. Price, is only one factor, in making a decision to contract a MAINTENANCE Co. There are proper Maintenance cycles and use of cleaning agents that must be understood to properly care and maintain commercial facilities. If a company is trying to gain your business based on price, becareful, the end result may be more costly to restore the Maintenace deficiencies due to lack of knowledge of proper Maintenace cycles and use of cleaning solutions. We are fully knowledgeable, able , experienced in commercial maintenance.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the person or company your about to hire a " Professional " with the Knowledge, Experience and Reputation to properly maintain your facility. Maintenance and Floor Care are Professions not simply a "Cleaning Job". A Professional will provide you with Business References for your peace of mind.
