Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
At Wepa Commercial Cleaning, our service proposals are typically structured based on a cost-per-square-foot model, multiplied by the requested service frequency. This ensures transparency, accuracy, and scalability based on your facility’s specific needs. Our minimum monthly rate for services provided twice per week is $1,200.00. This pricing is comprehensive and includes: • Professional Supervision • Trained Labor • Cleaning Supplies & Commercial Equipment • Payroll Taxes • General Liability & Workers’ Compensation Insurance We pride ourselves on being a veteran-owned and operated company that delivers consistent, high-quality cleaning solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, compliance, and attention to detail.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Once a client enters into a recurring service agreement with Wepa Commercial Cleaning, we schedule an Initial Walk-through to ensure full alignment and clarity before services begin. During this walk-through: • The client’s designated point of contact is expected to be present. • Wepa Commercial Cleaning will be represented by both the Account Executive and Operations Manager. • The purpose is to review the facility, confirm expectations, answer any questions, and exchange all relevant information, such as access procedures, special instructions, and points of inspection. Following the first scheduled cleaning, our Operations Manager will conduct a follow-up visit within 24 hours to ensure everything met the client’s expectations and to immediately address any concerns. At the 30-day mark, a formal written evaluation will be completed and submitted to the client, with a copy filed at Wepa’s Regional Office for quality assurance tracking. This ongoing feedback loop and supervision process will continue indefinitely to maintain high service standards—unless otherwise requested or modified by the client.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We currently service a national hardware store that has maintained traditional VCT tile flooring since its opening. As expected, these floors demand frequent care and high maintenance to preserve their appearance and safety standards. When the Store Manager was instructed to reduce operating costs, he approached our team with both the request and his concerns about the potential decline in floor quality. Rather than cutting corners, we worked collaboratively to develop a cost-effective, sustainable floor care program that protected the store’s image and the integrity of the flooring. We recommended that store personnel incorporate nightly dry sweeping into their routine to remove surface debris and prevent accelerated wear. This simple change alone significantly extended the life of the floor finish. Additionally, we upgraded the program by applying a high-solids floor finish, which enhanced durability and maintained a polished appearance for a longer period. As a result, we were able to reduce our service frequency to twice a week and cut down restorative stripping and waxing from twice a year to just once annually—without compromising quality. The store achieved noticeable savings while maintaining a clean, professional environment for customers and employees. Shortly after, we were contacted by the corporate office to submit a proposal for implementing similar floor care strategies across their other retail locations nationwide. This experience illustrates our commitment to proactive problem-solving, client collaboration, and delivering measurable value without sacrificing quality.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Selecting a commercial cleaning service isn’t just about comparing prices or promises—it’s about finding a reliable partner who consistently delivers quality results. To help guide your decision-making process, here’s one essential factor you should prioritize: 🔹 Trained, Professional, and Motivated Personnel At the core of any successful cleaning operation is the quality and dedication of its people. The equipment and products used are important, but it’s the individuals on-site—those who show up day after day to clean your facility—who ultimately determine the standard of service you receive. That’s why it’s critical to choose a janitorial company that not only hires qualified team members but also invests in ongoing training, professional development, and employee retention. We recommend asking any cleaning provider you’re considering: • How are your staff trained before being assigned to a facility? • What measures are in place to ensure quality and consistency? • How do you keep your employees motivated, accountable, and aligned with client expectations? These questions will give you insight into a company’s culture and commitment to excellence. At Wepa Commercial Cleaning, for example, we don’t just train our team on cleaning methods—we instill a sense of pride, purpose, and professionalism in every technician. This leads to a more consistent, attentive, and detail-driven cleaning experience for our clients. When you partner with a company that treats its staff well, you’ll see the difference in every corner of your facility.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before selecting any commercial cleaning provider, it’s essential to verify their credibility and track record. A reputable company that takes pride in its work will always be willing—and even eager—to provide references and support their claims with proof of performance. Don’t hesitate to ask for client testimonials, contact information for past or current clients, or case studies that demonstrate their ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Taking just a few minutes to speak with references and read online reviews can offer valuable insight into: • The company’s reliability and responsiveness • The professionalism of their staff • The quality and consistency of their services • How they handle issues, feedback, and accountability At Wepa Commercial Cleaning, we stand behind every service we provide. As a veteran-owned and award-winning company—recognized as the 2024 SBA Small Business Person of the Year and 2023 SBA Veteran Small Business of the Year—our reputation has been built on trust, transparency, and outstanding client care. We welcome you to review our testimonials and reach out to our references. We believe our work speaks for itself, but our satisfied clients speak even louder.
