Introduction

We are a privately owned & operated business. We are a husband & wife team that treats every property as if it were our own. We do Tile & Grout heavy soil extraction on natural stone, ceramic, and Porcelain Grout Sealing, along with move out cleaning for those that have rentals, flip houses, property management companies, and anyone who wants to get a property cleaned up when moving out. We have been in business for almost 13 years and are still going strong!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every job is different, which means every price is different. We do charge by square footage but that price per square footage could be different depending on many factors (natural stone/ceramic tile, size of grout lines, how dirty, coated and/or wax to be removed etc.) We do have a minimum charge of $299

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a new client reaches out to us, our first step is to do a in home no obligation, free estimate. We do not quote over the phone. We like to give our clients the best possible price and in order to that we need to see what we are working on.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

TMT Factory Trained, Easy Stone Natural Stone Trained, And Licensed with the CSLB.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I retired from the automotive industry in October of 2011 and noticed at the time there was not a lot of people that did good quality tile cleaning

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with everybody that has tile or hard surfaces!! We have worked with businesses, residential, property management, hospitals, and new construction. To name a few The University of Reno, Dignity Health, Lennar builders, and many more privately owned businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of all the jobs we perform. But the most recent is a group of homes we have been doing that someone went around to a bunch of new homes and put a very shiny coating on their ceramic tile. The clients did not own the home at the time but the coating started to come off and yellow and they wanted it off!! If took us longer than anticipated but we got it all off and the floors came out looking good as new.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First hire a company that specializes in tile and grout cleaning and sealing. And knows how to work on natural stone if that is what you’re hiring them for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Natural stone is a tricky one, so you want to make sure when talking to someone about your natural stone that they know how to clean & what the appropriate sealer to apply to your stone.
