What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give a fair price, with outstanding attention to detail and taking care of you and your home. If someone is giving a low ball price be careful, they may not be experienced, or maybe not even licenced or insured.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You'll normally have to call our office and my mom or sister will be happy to answer any questions you have and walk you thru our cleaning process and schedule the appointment. We use the #1 recommended method for carpet cleaning which is truckmount hot water extraction. With non toxic residue free cleaning process leaving your carpets clean and healthy. Safe for you and your family.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

like I said earlier I've been trained by the IICRC, and many years of experience in the family since 1980.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My parents started NF Carpet Care in 1980, so I grew up working with my father at a young age I'm 41 now, and learned from him and many years of experience and schools like the IICRC, from being in the industry so long.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work all over the San Diego county, we have thousands of happy clients that just love our work and would never use anyone else but Nf Carpet Care.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love the jobs when my clients say that no one else ever cleaned it as well. The look on their face when I've finished and made there house look new again. Quality is our number one priority.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Beware of low price bids, We guarantee our work and have the experience to take care of the work in the most professional way. Making your cleaning experience with us the best you'll find.

What kind of company did I hire? Are they experienced, insured, are they a conscientous worker in my home or business? What kind of equipment and cleaning agents are they using, safe non toxic, no sticky residue? Are they going to do a quality job.
