Regularly we attend cleaning conventions and participate in several online forums to stay in touch with other cleaning companies to improve anywhere we can. Customer service is an ongoing training because we’re customer oriented opposed to only being task oriented.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a cleaning contractor for 22 years before me and naturally, I followed in his footsteps.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just completed cleaning 36 branches for a financial institution and because we organized well, everything was very smooth.
